To get better insight I would suggest if you are in the process of deploying a new set up reaching out to professional services https://www.f5.com/services#professional-services, however, if you are working on a pre-existing set up that has an existing support contract create a case through myf5.com. Both options will allow for an engineer to assist in getting the details you need along with support on the process you are using.
