License reactivation issue on BIG-IQ DCD Node.
After reactivating my DCD node license, my service check date shows Jan 29, 2023.
I ran preUpgradeCheck script on BIG-IQ CMGMT and got this error message:
"Re-activate the licenses on the DCD node XX.XX.XX.XX to make sure that the service contract date is up to date."
I am now in BIG-IQ 8.1.0, trying to upgrade to 8.1.3
License check date for both 8.1.0 and 8.1.3 is 2021-01-19 according to the following documentation.

Also, I see here https://my.f5.com/manage/s/article/K15365#verify its mentioned that
"verify that the Service Check Date listed is later than the License Check Date listed for the version you are upgrading."
Since my service check date (Jan 29, 2023) is later than license check date (2021-01-19), why pre upgrade tool is giving the error that I mentioned above?
My license is production license because it does not have expiry date and it will not expire according to this doc
I did query on F5 license server and i the following reply

Entitled Service : 01-30-2020 - 01-29-2023
Warranty End Date : 01-22-2021
License Time Limit : N/A
Looks like my active support contract already expired. But the license is forever.

"A system with an active support contract is considered entitled until such time as the contract expires. When a support contract expires, the system is not entitled to support until the contact is renewed
Major software upgrades are only supported for entitled systems and require relicensing the BIG-IP system. Minor upgrades do not require relicensing."
My question is do i need to renew support contract to upgrade from 8.1.0 to 8.3.0? Is this minor or major upgrade?

I upgraded successfully from 8.1.0 to 8.3.0.

I trying to upgrade from 8.1.0 to 8.3.0. Looks like its minor upgrade.
