License and Sync

I just had to relicense my HA Pair, which did not go well. After the license key was input and dossier added, the box went to Restarting Configuration Utility, and hung there. After about 60 minutes...

Then it got strange, I did a config sync device to group. Unit 1 shows In Sync, and Device Management shows all boxes are in sync. Unit 2 shows "Not All Devices Synced" but the Device Management-Overview shows all devices are in sync.what is "tmsh show cm sync-status" output?
