Let's encrypt implementation

Hi All,

I want to implement let's encrypt for our company, but I'm not sure with lot of things in this article:

I was trying to find some discussion with exact procedure how to do it, but I did not find anything, if you have something, please share with me.

Here are my questions:

1. I have to create virtual server and attach rule from the article, but, should there be any destination or it can be empty ?
2. Where I should save files like config, hook.sh,wrapper.sh... ?
