lbconfig file for Siebel application

i am configuring F5 LTM 5000s for Siebel application.

 

Siebel have 8 Web Servers on which i have to through requests round robin fashion. As per their requirements no Persistence is required. I have configured Siebel App to my requirement.

 

Today siebel team came up with there lbconfig file and asking to convert it in pearl script. What does this script do? When i have already configured the web servers. Do i really need to put this lbconfig file in my server for siebel?
