LB Issues with cookie persist/least members

Background, we have one app requiring persistence. The previous setup attempts left everything pointing to one server. I create a profile for cookie persistence with least members since most of traffic is coming from one or two IP's thinking it will balance out better. Unfortunately it's still loading up one server more than the others. After a bunch of time troubleshooting and research I stumbled across a document resulting in an "a ha" moment. It's load balancing per tcp connection, not browser session. My question is would a oneconnect profile applied to this vip produce a more rounded load distribution since it would take https connections into account?

Any gotcha's or tips on setting it up? Thanks in advance.
