LB date and time Sync issue

Hi,   we found an date and time issue while doing sync from active to Dr, both devices are in sync but sync timing is not show correct its showing us last year 2016.   We checked date and time ...

I think there is a service clustering configuration error, because devices seem not synchronized as the columns labeled "Last Sync Time" and "Last Sync Type" should have correct values.
