Launch App Tunnel Resource From Portal Access (Google Chrome)

Hi guys,

 

Is it possible to add a link (in a portal access web page) that will launch an App Tunnel resource in Chrome Browser ?

If yes, what is the syntax please ?

    i believe this article shows it quite well, even uses Chrome
