Kerberos Azure connection refused

Hi,

 

I deployed F5 on Azure and we have private network.

 

Servers and VIP on port 88

 

When I am doing telnet VIPIP 88

 

"Connection is refused "

 

I added in port lock down as well but still refusing connection.

 

Any Suggestions ?
