K8s BIGIP integration error: Unable to find a flow for remote vtep

Seems that ingress from VIP never makes it into the VXLAN/VTEP...

When we curl the VIP from outside, we see thie following error in the logs:

https://techdocs.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_ltm/releasenotes/related/log-messages.html#A01830003

01830003 : Unable to find a flow for remote vtep %A%%%u, tunnel name = %s.Location:

/var/log/ltm

Conditions:

A network virtualization tunnel (for example, VXLAN, NVGRE) is unable to find a suitable flow to send packets to a remote endpoint.

Impact:

The packets for a remote endpoint are dropped.

Recommended Action:

The recommendation is to check the configurations of a network virtualization tunnel and make sure that the corresponding tunnel FDB records are configured properly.

Has anyone ever seen this or know of a fix?
