What about https://techdocs.f5.com/en-us/bigip-16-1-0/big-ip-access-policy-manager-oauth-configuration/apm-oauth-authorization-server.html (OAuth authorization server endpoints). Have not done APM AS in 3 years but I think one of this endpoints was the place.

thank you very much that looks pretty much exactly as what I need!
Ended up creating an OAuth Profile that supports JWT Tokens, added my JWT Config as JWT Primary Key and assigned the OAuth Profile to the APM Policy. Now the JWKS is published automatically under /f5-oauth2/v1/jwks
Need to look more into the whole OAuth configuration, there seems to be a lot of interessting options there.
