JavaDoc for 10.2 iControl java library

I seem to keep getting stuck in a loop, back to this forums... where is the JavaDoc for 10.2 iControl for Java? I have this working in NetBeans and want to import the documentation so it pops up durin...

The iControl library for Java is generated by WSDL2Java. As far as I know, it doesn't convert the WSDL to JavaDoc as well. If you know of a tool that will convert WSDL to a JavaDoc format, let me know and I'll get it built and make it public.
