Java and SSL Certificate

Friends - any known cases of Java not trusting the certificate authority and the certificate chain installed in the LTM?

  • Can you elaborate? I believe a JDK generally comes with a bundle in its truststore of root authorities, but its entirely possible the chain of a certificate may not have a root in the default truststore.

  • Thanks Brad. Are there any known issues between Java and LTM V11.5? Have an issue with the Java version of an application which works normally without it.

Not to my knowledge, we have several different Java apps running on different flavors Java application servers. What kind of problem are you having exactly? Can you explain you setup and the error being encountered?
