Issues with Shards

Hi,

anyone have an idea how to fix (https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K81715478) without lost my data?

My IQ dont receive any information to monitoring dashboards since august. So before this i had almost 11 months of informations. So how to do to keep all this working?
