Issues with Mac Edge clients connecting to internet?
Hey all,
We're using the Edge client and are having issues with some of our Mac clients being able to connect to the internet while on VPN. We have split-tunneling enabled, but with a route of 0.0.0.0/0 (this was required for us to be able to apply a few specific IP exclusions). Oddly, this all works fine on some Macs and all PCs. Converting the Network Access Resource to a Full-tunnel does resolve the issue, but is not a workable solution in this case as we are required to exclude these IPs from the tunnel. The problem seems to occur on multiple Mac versions (Sierra, High Sierra, Mohave). We are running 13.1.1.2 and have not been able to find any consistencies with the devices that have the issue.
Has anyone else seen this problem?
This appears to be resolvable by putting "*" in the DNS Include Space under the Network Access configuration.
