Is this reffering to Management GUI?
if yes check this 

tmsh list sys httpd ssl-protocol

if the output is 

ssl-protocol "All -SSLv2 -SSLv3 -TLSv1"

then change to something like this

tmsh modify /sys httpd ssl-protocol "TLSv1.2" 
tmsh save sys config
