Issue with Generic forward proxy with websense filtering enabled

Hi. We are testing the iApp and getting interesting results. When a client issues a connect request to a blocked URL, the client is receiving both a 403 Not Allowed and 200 OK response. Looking at the code it appears this may be by design but the browser just hangs and eventually times out. However, if the page is refreshed during the hanging period, the tunnel is used and the web page restriction is bypassed.
