Is there any process to automate monitoring of virtual server, pool and pool member?
Is there any process to automate monitoring of virtual server, pool and pool member? Mean to say I want a process by which if any abnormal behavior is being shown by any one of them it will trigger an email or a SNMP trap.

The default behaviour of the F5 is to send a trap when a pool member, pool or virtual server changes status. So if it goes up or down you are notified.

If you want even more information than the simple logs, you want the AVR module. It doesn't require any additional licensing to turn this on and of course you can ship the info to a remote server-

@Kevin to be more specific I want to monitor virtual server, Pool and pol members through System Centre Operations Manager (SCOM). I want achieve a monitoring which will generate alert via SCOM monitoring the health status of individual VS, Pool and Pool member. Please let me know if there is any such OID.
