Is there a log message when a local user account is created?

I was looking to see if anyone knew if there was a log message created when a local user account was created. I know how to look at the audit log to see what user id did something. I couldn't find anything by searching the log files.

 

Looking at 11.5.1, but noticed it was not in 11.2.1 either.

 

Thoughts?

    The log message should be contained within the /var/log/audit log, assuming you have audit logging enabled in the log options.
