Is the iControl API same for both GTM and LTM?

Is the iControl API same for both GTM and LTM? I mean do we need to use the same jar to configure both GTM and LTM.

I believe GlobalLB interface to be used for GTM Vir servers and pools and LocalLB to be used to configure LTM pools and vir servers

But Networking Interface remains same to configure LTM and GTM Vlans and self ips.

Please correct me if I am wrong,

The iControl assembly and libraries have all of the interfaces for each of the feature modules. It's a one stop shop! Look in the GlobalLB.* interfaces for GTM and the LocalLB.* interfaces for LTM. There are others in there as well. You can look at the iControl wiki for the API documentation to help navigate around the interfaces.
