Is SelfIP-Virtual IP same in Azure ?

Hi,

 

I deployed F5 on Azure and I am using my own network (private network).

 

When I am seeing in azure, the private network mgmt IP and self IP both are same which is 10.x.x.x

 

So, now I want to create VIP on that box. So can I use same IP address of selfIP and mgmt IP ?
