Is ltm rule timing on by default?

Is ltm rule timing on by default? I seem to be getting timing results in "show ltm rule" for all but one or two of my rules without "timing on" in the rules. For the exceptions (which are very large ...

As detailed in Irules API: timing

 

Note: In 11.5.0, timing was enabled by default for all iRules in BZ375905. The performance impact is negligible. As a result, you no longer need to use this command to view timing statistics.

 

If you are on 11.6.0 HF8, I'd strongly recommend upgrading. I'm not sure of any specific issues with irules and timing on 11.6.0, but it is a very old release.
