Is it possible to use an F5 APM to connect directly to Citrix VDI-in-a-box Grid?

Hi,

 

Has anyone deployed an F5 APM for external users access directly into Citrix's VDI in a Box solution? I cant seem to find any documentation on the integration to VDI in a box specifically. There is documentation for xendesktop but not sure if it applies to vdi in a box also? For example is there a need for a storefront server in order to get this working?
