Is it possible to have granular RBAC in f5 LTM(other than partition creation for each user)? Because in my case, there are 100's of pools and creating partitions for each of them is too hectic.

MVPat the moment this is indeed limited, i saw people mention things would be better in version 12, but no details so far.
with using the API you could write your own interface, but i don't believe there is anything easily available out of the box.
