Is it possible to failover 1 traffic group out of 3.

I am looking to failover 1 traffic group out of 3. We have a 3 node cluster, 2 (A, B) in 1 data center and the 3rd (C) in another. Version 11.3HF8. Currently all traffic groups are active on node A. I would like to fail 1 traffic group to node C. I can't find a definitive answer. I see from the traffic group you can state force to standby, but the help description makes it seem like the unit will go to standby and the next active will become active.

Any experience with this will be appreciated.
