Is it possible to block malicious files upload on ASM?

Is it possible to block the malicious file upload on ASM?   we blocked the .exe file on parameter as file upload. But if the user change the extension of file then how will able to block it? Or so...

Hi,

 

you can configure either in LTM or in ASM an ICAP service to check malicious files.

 

It requires an external ICAP solution.
