Is inter vlan routing allowed on F5

I will add a picture explaining the scenario

    I am trying to ping from the mentioned source to destination, but it does not work, although ssh from the source to destination works. Please check that the subnet 10.129.50.32/27 in which the destination resides is routed via the vlan2873 on F5.

    Sorry the destination should be the server IP 10.129.50.45
