Is event SIP_CLIENT_MSG implemented ?

Is event SIP_CLIENT_MSG implemented in 9.4.2 HF2 and 9.4.4 HF1? Can someone please update the wiki. This event is mentioned under "All Events" group for months and just states "In progress.." with 9.4...

SIP_RESPONSE_SEND msg is not documented in the IRULEs wiki under SIP events. If there is such an event, I would appreciate if the coordinators would document this properly.
