iRules vs Polices

Hi,

First, the irule is working but is not optimized. Regex must only be used if necessary and / in uppercase and lowercase always equals / :

if {[HTTP::uri] equals "/"} { 
    HTTP::redirect "https://example.com/external/example.jspx"; 
}
