Hi,
I would like to configure BIG-IP 1500 as IPv6 IPv4 translator.
I configured Management, Internal, and External Network Configurations.
But, I don't know how to write scripts and activate for iRules.
Could you please tell me samples, or how to write it.
Environment I made are following:
[1] Management Network Configuration
IP Address: 192.168.1.100
Network Mask: 255.255.255.0
Management Route: 192.168.1.1
[2]Internal Network Configuration
Self IP Address: 3fe0:0:0:0:0:0:0:100
Netmask: ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:0:0:0:0
Port Lockdown: Allow Default
VLAN Name: internal
VLAN Tag ID: 4094
Untagged: 1.3, 1.4
[3]External Network Configuration
Self IP Address: 192.168.2.1
Netmask: 255.255.255.0
Port Lockdown: Allow Default
VLAN Name: external
VLAN Tag ID: 4093
Untagged: 1.1, 1.2
[BIG-IP [2]]-[L3SW(Cisco)]-[Server(RHEL)(3fe0::2/64)]
[BIG-IP [3]]-[Client(WindowsXP)(192.168.2.2/24)]
Example for translation:
client:
HTTP/TCP/UDP/etc.. (destination 192.168.3.2/24)
BIG-IP
192.168.3.2<->3fe0::2/64
