iRules failures counter

Hi Guys,   I am having failures counters increasing on the HTTP_RESPONSE when doing statistics, Local Traffic, iRules.   How do I know what part within the code is the problem at ?.   Thanks...

Did you check logs: GUI: 

System  ››  Logs : Local Traffic

/var/log/ltm in bash
