The iRule Editor installer seems to be broken. When I run it my browser pops up and downloads iRuler.application but when I run that it doesn't work. I have installed it previously on this computer ...
Give this install a try and let me know how it works. It's completely separate from the ClickOnce deployment so it will not check for previous installs.
