IRule to forward based on Source IP

What I am trying to accomplish is to create a virtual forwarding server to foward traffic based on an IRule from my internal network to the internet. This IRule will specify the source IP allowed and the Port allowed and this will be forwarded with a snat of x.x.x.x. All other traffic should be dropped. Does anyone know how to do this? Any help is appreciated.
