iRule to detect Http hang...

we are using lotus notes applications and applications on websphere

 

the problem is when the applications http hang, BIG IP is not able to detect it.

 

 

As a result, it keeps sending the request to the same server whose http is hang...so this creates a problem for us...any irules which can be used in this case...
