Irule to call health monitor

I have a new requirement from a customer in which they have hosted 3 websites on a server as abc.com/x.html, abc.com/y.html and abc.com/z.html.

Each of the page is individually monitoered. Now user want that if 1 page is down. Other 2 should keep working and for the 1st page he should be redirected to a maintenance page.

I know first half can be achieved by choosing "Any" monitor up in the configuration. But how to achieve redirection for a single page, which is down.
