iRule removed from the VS automatically.

Today strange thing happened. iRule got removed from the Virtual Server automatically. Is there any Bug of this kind? How can I check if my someone manually removed the iRule?

    I have worked with 10.x and 11.x extensively across multiple platforms and never seen such an issue even as a bug. If you can rule out human intervention and are 100% sure that happened without any change, you are better off creating a ticket with F5.
