Due to a bug in 4.5 (SOL5131) we are unable to utilize cookie persistence in one of our pools. Switching to simple based IP persistence is a work around but limits us to a single nod...
That looks correct to me. I'd check to be sure that the X-Forwarded-For is coming through properly and that all the capitilization is the same, etc.
