Try something like this.

when HTTP_REQUEST { 
 set http_host [string tolower [HTTP::host]]
 if { [string tolower [HTTP::host]]  equals  "abc.com" }{ 
    switch -glob $uri {
        "xxx" { HTTP::host xyz.com
            return }
    }
 }
