irule for condition match or else another pool

conditions ;-

1) if HTTP request specific URL (https://IP:port/____/__) if present then it will also match the circle name in HTTP payload and based on that traffic will saggrigate to pool 1 or pool 2

2) if HTTP request in specific URL (https://IP:port/____/__) if not present then traffic will saggrigate to pool 3

how we implement and irule for this traffic saggrigation
