You can add that iRule to a forwarding virtual server enabled on the servers' VLAN. To be slightly more efficient you can use:
when CLIENT_ACCEPTED {
if { [IP::addr [IP::remote_addr] equals 172.16.56.0/24] }{
snat none
}
}
