iRule error upgrading from 11.5.3 to 13.1.1.1 01070372:3: Persistence mode (Cookie) called out in rule

Do you get the same error when going from 12.1.3.7 to 13.x ? Sometimes the error may show up when going from 11.x to 13.x but not show up when you go from 11.x to 12.x to 13.x
