iRule Automation

Ok Here is my scenario :

 

I have a Virtual serever with 3 iRules attached to it. i want to know if there is a way to run a script in PS and do these stuff:

 

1. Which iRules is applying

 

2.Change the iRule order. For example if iRule number 1 is applying change it to iRule number3!
