I Have LTM 12.0 i need to enable the IPV6 what are the Prerequisite i need to take care .
1) Can i directly assign IPV6 VIP to IPV4 pool 2) What other step i need to follow for IPV4 to IPV6 inter-operability .

Hi,
to enable IPv6, you have to :
- create IPv6 self IP
- create IPv6 routes (not sure it is necessary)
- create IPv6 VS
- if pool is IPv4, configure source address translation to automap or SNAT Pool with IPv4 addresses on virtual server. it will translate IPv6 client side source address to IPv4 source address on server side.
