IPsec Tunnel between BIG-IP LC devices

we have 2 F5 LCs that are connected to each other using ipsec/tunnel, we want to add 1 ipsec/tunnel link. in this case, F5 A has 2 Self IPs for ipsec/tunnel while F5 B only has 1 Self IP for ipsec/tunnel, can F5 B have 1 self IP to pair 2 ipsec/tunnel links towards F5 A? any sugestion? thanks
