iPad access to Citrix thru APM

We need some guidance as to how to address this issue. We are using APM for Multi Factor Authentication to front end Citrix. Users with Windows based browsers are able to log in and launch resources provisioned. However, iPad users are able to log in but can not launch resources. Using TCPdump we noticed LTM is attempting to connect to 127.1.1.4 on port 8080 on the back-end for clients coming from iPad.
