IP Directed Broadcast for Wake on LAN

Hi,   Is it possible to enable IP directed broadcast (and with ACL) as per a Cisco L3 Switch/router to enable Wake on LAN to operate?   We have a WOL server behind F5 with AFM.   Thanks,  ...
