Invalidation Trigger Example

Hi Guys,     Does anyone have an invalidation trigger example? I'd like to be able to invalidate when a POST is sent by the user. Can anyone show me an example of how this is configured?   ...

I have a sample policy that performs an invalidation on a DevCentral forum thread when a post is made to that thread. Note that the path parameter is required in the invalidation trigger. Unfortunately I am unable to upload the policy at this time, I have taken screen shots of the relevant configurations.
