Internal App persistence with Round Robin

 

we have a few internal web apps behind BigIP. we have Source Affinity set as 255.255.255.255 for incoming connections. problem with this persistence is if 20 users are connecting from a terminal server they will all hit the same box

 

 

is thee a way to use cookies or iRule/hash to identify individual connections no matter what IP they are coming from and keep their session for 20minutes?
