Intermittent 500 errors on https page

I am getting this error when connecting to loadbalanced sites through the F5. This page comes up %20 of the time. Only when the page is refreshed about 5x in rapid succession.

 

 

Error Code: 500 Internal Server Error. The data area passed to a system call is too small. (122)
