Interface 0.3: Link Down

It's either a problem with;-
- the BigIP switch port
- the adjacent device port (the port connected to the BigIP port)
- faulty/loose cable/connection
Make a visual inspection of cable and check logs on adjacent device. If all OK start moving stuff (one thing at a time) until you identify problem.
- change cable
- move the cable in BigIP to a new port on the adjacent device (making sure all is configured on adjacent device new port)
- move cable in siwthcport to new BigIP port (making sure all is configured on BigIP new port)

what happened before interface was down?
if you suspect hardware, running eud may help.

I would do it, but I do not have contract support :(.
i understand all devices come with one free support case (definitely it does not cover hardware). you may try to call support line.
